Plasma Physics of the Sun

Plasma Physics of the Sun is a bi-yearly course, seperated in two parts: an MHD part on macroscopic description of plasma (given by Jasmina Magdalenic) and a kinetic part (given by Marian Lazar).

Examination: 2 individual tasks on 4/20 of the total each, and an exam in the exam period for 12/20 points. The exam should be written, but if they include an oral part in the ECTS fiche they will help you a lot and give your points quite easily if they see you get the general idea. If you do your tasks properly, you’re also likely to score high on those.
